Skills Clinic

Our clinics are great for any player looking to fine tune and develop their skills. Learn the fundamentals of the game needed to be the best player you can be. Get an inside look at some of the same drills and moves Donovan teaches his college and professional players. Each clinic focuses on every aspect of the game while pinpointing a particular skill each week. Ball-handling, shooting, scoring moves, footwork, conditioning, and defense are just a few of the skills that are covered in our clinics. Players will be broken down into small personalized groups to receive detailed information from our coaching staff. This allows players to get more attention and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp

In our boot camp you can expect to do calisthenics, such as pullups, pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Our boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. The workouts include burning calories, increasing strength, boosting confidence, improving aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increasing balance, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health. The camaraderie people experience during our boot camp workouts keep people engaged and motivated, and are a fun, effective way to train your entire body.

Our basketball camps are committed to providing quality teaching, training and playing experiences. Our goal is to develop future generations of basketball players who represent the game, themselves, and the community with the highest level of character. Camps are geared toward teaching the fundamentals of the game. Your child will become a better player after attending one of our camps. The camps are extremely organized, and kids have a blast learning and playing.
